Who is responsible for your information

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, company, phone number, email address, the products you need, estimated volume, delivery town or site and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Emails and calls: the details you share when you contact us directly.

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To open and manage a customer account if you decide to buy from us.
• To meet our legal obligations, including tax and petroleum licensing record-keeping.

We only use your information for these purposes. We do not sell it, and we will not send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only people in our business who need it to help you, and service providers who help us run our business (such as our email and IT providers). They must keep your information confidential and secure. Some of these providers may store information outside South Africa; when that happens, we make sure the protections POPIA requires are in place. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become business are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as the law requires (for example, five years for tax records) and then securely destroyed.

How we protect it

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your information safe from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You have the right to ask whether we hold information about you and for a copy of it; to ask us to correct or delete information that is wrong, out of date or no longer needed; to object to us using your information; and to withdraw your consent at any time.
